Iveco Korea renovates Suncheon Service Centre to enhance service capabilities and customer convenience

Iveco Korea welcomes customers to its newly renovated service centre in Suncheon.

Based on customer-centric management, Iveco Korea helps customers run their businesses efficiently and sustainably through various support programmes and strategic investments. As part of this, the Suncheon Service Centre in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do was rebuilt and expanded with the latest facilities to respond to customer demands and enhance service capabilities and customer convenience.

The Suncheon Service Centre has expanded to five workbays to help maximise transport efficiency by minimising downtime as demand for services in the Jeonnam region increases. The service centre is capable of general maintenance of all vehicle types as well as sheet metal and painting work, enabling customers to go from general maintenance to accident repair in one place. In addition, skilled mechanics and expert consultants provide in-depth know-how to maintain low TCO and optimal operating conditions.

The interior has also been refurbished, including the reception area, and the customer waiting area is now equipped with massage chairs and single-seater sofas to help customers relax and unwind during inspection and repair times.

"With this renovation, we expect the Suncheon Service Centre to continue to provide high-quality services and serve as a service base in Jeonnam," said Jung Sik Choi, Country Manager of Eveco Korea. "Eveco Korea will continue to expand its infrastructure to ensure customer satisfaction and consolidate its position in the Korean market based on customer trust."

As of July 2024, Iveco Korea has 10 sales offices and 18 service centres nationwide, with plans to add two more service bases by the end of 2024.
