Mercedes-Benz Korea held the 2023 Dealer Awards at the Inspire Resort in Incheon on 15 May to celebrate the achievements of the past year and recognise dealers and employees who have achieved outstanding results in the past year.
The event was attended by more than 300 employees from 11 authorised dealerships, Mercedes-Benz Korea, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Korea and Mercedes-Benz Mobility Korea, to thank them for their efforts and celebrate their achievements in striving for the highest customer satisfaction in areas such as sales and service. The awards were presented in 31 categories, including 'Dealership of the Year', 'Online Sales Dealer of the Year', 'Customer Satisfaction Showroom of the Year' and 'Service Centre of the Year', based on the performance in 2023.
Based on a comprehensive evaluation of sales performance, customer satisfaction, service quality, and other factors, the 'Dealer of the Year' honour for 2023 was awarded to 'Geumjeong Dealership', followed by 'Busan Bukgu Dealership' and 'Suwon Gwonseon Dealership'.
In addition, 'Gijang Exhibition Hall', 'Dongdaemun Exhibition Hall' and 'Ilsan Exhibition Hall' were named 'Exhibition Hall of the Year for Electric Vehicles and Top Model Sales', 'CSI Exhibition Hall of the Year' and 'Online Sales Exhibition Hall of the Year' respectively, and 'Busan Bukgu Service Centre' was named 'CSI Service Centre of the Year'.

Mercedes-Benz Korea operates 11 authorised dealerships with a total of 64 official showrooms, 76 authorised service centres and 24 certified used car showrooms nationwide with more than 6,000 employees, offering competitive products and differentiated services.
