Volvo Cars Korea has opened a new Cheongju showroom and service centre to provide customers in the Chungcheongbuk-do region with a premium Swedish brand experience and differentiated services.
The Volvo Cheongju showroom and service centre, operated by Volvo Cars Korea's authorised dealer, H Motors, is a three-storey facility with a total gross floor area of 1,257.16 sqm (approx. 380 pyeong) and features the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) concept with a distinctly Swedish feel. Located on a main street in Cheongju, in the centre of the Chungcheongbuk-do region, the store is easily accessible to customers and is powered by eco-friendly energy through a solar canopy, in line with Volvo Cars' commitment to sustainability.
Inside, there is an exhibition area where customers can explore Volvo Cars' extensive line-up, a premium customer lounge and a customer service reception. There are also workbays for car repairs and fast (DC combo) and slow (AC combo) chargers for electric vehicle charging services.
In particular, Volvo Cheongju Service Centre can perform up to 450 general repairs per month, and customers can experience Volvo's personalised service through Volvo Personal Service (VPS), which matches technicians with customers on a one-to-one basis.
Volvo Cars Korea is celebrating the opening of its new Cheongju showroom and service centre with a variety of promotions. Firstly, all customers who visit the showroom and consultation will receive a Swedish Egg Pack soap set, and contract customers will receive a Labourket lip balm and hand cream set. In addition, contract and outgoing customers will receive prizes such as a Dyson air purifier, LG Frail Multi-Care, LG Dios wine cellar, and Deepdique room spray.
The service centre will provide a free inspection service for all vehicles brought in, and all customers will receive a Volvo umbrella. In addition, customers who have paid repairs will receive a Volvo diffuser (worth more than KRW 300,000), a Volvo camping folding box (worth more than KRW 500,000) and a Volvo trolley bag (worth more than KRW 1 million) (prizes are subject to change and end early while stocks last).
"We are opening the new showroom and service centre to enhance the brand experience and service convenience for our customers in the Chungbuk region," said Lee Yoon-mo, CEO of Volvo Cars Korea. "We will continue to invest in expanding our service network so that Volvo Cars customers can conveniently receive the best service anytime, anywhere."
