Volvo Cars Korea is launching its seasonal 'Service by Volvo' campaign to coincide with the holiday season, when mobility demands increase.
The seasonal 'Service by Volvo' campaign, which is open to all Volvo Cars customers, will run from 16 May at 35 authorised Volvo Cars service centres nationwide. All customers who bring their cars in for service during the campaign will receive an amenity set from fragrance luxury brand Molton Brown (first come, first served, campaign ends early while stocks last).
Molton Brown is the officially recognised brand of the British Royal Family, with an eco-friendly philosophy, opposing animal testing and producing all products with 100% natural ingredients. We are delighted to be working with Molton Brown because we share the same commitment to the environment and to creating a luxury experience for our customers.
"As the weather warms up and more people head out for travel and leisure, it's the perfect time to have their vehicles inspected for safer driving," said Kyung-Ran Song, Head of Customer Service at Volvo Cars Korea. "We hope this campaign will encourage people to have their vehicles inspected and share a safe journey with their loved ones, whether it's family, lovers or friends."
In conjunction with this seasonal campaign, customers can easily locate Volvo Cars' nationwide service centres and make service appointments through the Hey Volvo app and the Service by Volvo KakaoTalk channel. In particular, the online service appointment process within the Hey Volvo app will increase the number of service items that can be booked from seven to 19, and the earliest available dates for the service centre where the customer wishes to book a service appointment will be displayed for greater convenience. In addition, from June, service appointments will also be available on the official Volvo Cars website. For more information, customers can contact Volvo Cars' authorised service centres or the Customer Support Centre at 1644-6677.
Meanwhile, Volvo Cars Korea continues to invest and work hard to deliver industry-leading premium customer service. To keep pace with growing customer demand, we are investing KRW 100 billion to expand our service network and develop talent in order to achieve the number one ranking in service satisfaction.
