Kia Motors launched the 2024 K9, a new model year for its flagship sedan, on Tuesday (2 February). It is characterised by enhanced interior and exterior design and new convenience features to strengthen product competitiveness.
The exterior design further enhances the flagship's image with the introduction of new 19-inch dark sputtered wheels and new interior and exterior colours. The large, horizontally patterned radiator grille, combined with the thinner chrome bezel around its rim, creates a stable and spacious presence that makes it stand out.
The 2024 K9 will be available in a total of five exterior colours, including the new Pebble Grey, and four interior colours, with the addition of Martian Brown and Misty Grey. (* Misty Grey is available with the Premium Pack option or Best Selection Ⅱ trim)
In addition, Kia has enhanced customer satisfaction by introducing new customer preferences and safety features such as ▲Afterblow, ▲Type C USB sockets (inside the front and rear seat console) and ▲car fire extinguisher from the base trim of The 2024 K9.
In addition, the Ergo Motion Seat for the front passenger is available for the first time in a Kia vehicle, and the Memory Seat for the front passenger is standard from the Masters trim, securing passenger comfort befitting a flagship sedan. (* Ergo Motion Seat for the front passenger is an option on VIP Collection or Best Selection Ⅱ trim.)
The 3.8 petrol model is priced at KRW 59.33 million (Platinum), KRW 66.65 million (Best Selection I), KRW 73.95 million (Master's) and KRW 82.1 million (Best Selection II), while the 3.3 petrol turbo model is priced at KRW 65.88 million (Platinum), KRW 72.41 million (Best Selection I), KRW 78.7 million (Master's) and KRW 86.85 million (Best Selection II). (* Based on 5% individual consumption tax, Platinum is rear-wheel drive, all other trims are all-wheel drive.
