Kia has refurbished its exhibition booth, located near Departure Hall H on the third floor of Terminal 1 at Incheon International Airport, the gateway to the world, with new interactive content.
The Kia Experience Booth at Incheon International Airport has been renovated since 2021 to maximise the openness of the booth, allowing visitors to experience the Kia brand and products more freely.
The stand is currently home to Kia's E-GMP-based flagship SUV, the EV9, and will continue to rotate vehicles in line with future new car launches, making it easier for visitors to experience Kia's EV line-up and innovative mobility technologies.
The booth was designed by renowned architectural firm Suh Architects in keeping with the Kia brand identity. It reflects the exhibition concept of "Movement to Inspiration" to help travellers take home inspiration as they embark on their journey.
The booth wall is designed as a double skin structure, combining a finely perforated super mirror (made of stainless steel) and an LED screen. The unique structure allows visitors to experience an extraordinary moment when they are looking at an ordinary mirror and suddenly see a video projected from a screen hidden behind the mirror.
Each side of the supermirror is arranged in a triangular shape, reflecting the space from different angles, making the exhibition space appear larger and creating a unique visual effect. The LED screens hidden in the space behind the supermirrors broadcast dynamic artwork, which draws the viewer's attention through the delicate perforations. The artwork depicts abstract movements in nature and creates the illusion that the car is travelling through space, giving the viewer an immersive experience.
"As a customer-centric brand, Kia is committed to inspiring and moving people through movement, and we hope that the first step of their journey will be filled with rich inspiration from our booth and artwork," said a Kia spokesperson.
At the Kia Experience Booth, bilingual (Korean/English) docents will be on hand from 9am to 9pm to assist customers with vehicle information, brand and booth design. They will also be available to respond to customer test drive requests and purchase consultation requests on-site.
