Renault Korea's Grand Koleos E-Tech hybrid offers industry-leading residual value guarantee

Renault Korea is offering an industry-leading residual value guarantee to customers who purchase the Grand Koleos E-Tech Hybrid.

Renault Korea's 'New Renault Grand Koleos E-Tech Hybrid Used Car Price Guarantee' is being launched to celebrate the launch of the new car and its selection as the August Car of the Month by the Korea Automobile Journalists Association. The service guarantees customers an industry-leading residual value based on the residual value guarantee rate when they purchase a new Renault Koleos E-Tech Hybrid and return the vehicle to Renault Korea.

The residual value coverage starts at a maximum of 801 TP3T and increases by 1,250 km per month up to a maximum of 5 years. The minimum and maximum mileage and residual coverage rates for each year of ownership are as follows: 1 year (10,000 to 15,000 km) 751 TP3T; 2 years (25,000 to 30,000 km) 701 TP3T; 3 years (40,000 to 45,000 km) 641 TP3T; 4 years (55,000 to 60,000 km) 571 TP3T; 5 years (70,000 to 75,000 km) 501 TP3T.

In addition, vehicles that do not reach the minimum mileage per period will be rewarded at an additional rate of 0.51 TP3T for every 5,000 kilometres driven, resulting in an industry-leading residual value guarantee. For example, a vehicle that has travelled a total of 19,000 kilometres over two years will be compensated for the extra 6,000 kilometres that have not been driven against the minimum threshold of 25,000 kilometres, for a total residual value guarantee of 711 TP3T. The service is available through Renault Korea's authorised partners.

"To make it even more affordable for customers to experience the first Grand Koleos E-Tech Hybrid since the brand's launch, we're offering an industry-leading vehicle residuals guarantee," said Jae-Sub Hwang, Executive Vice President, Sales and Networks, Renault Korea. "Our sales advisors are making every effort to encourage customers to visit our showrooms and experience the vehicle in the comfort of their own home."

Set to begin customer deliveries in early September, starting with the E-Tech Hybrid model, New Renault Koleos comes with advanced driving assistance features as standard across all trims, including Level 2 Autonomous Driving Assistance. Real-time TMAP navigation and voice recognition system NUGU Auto are also standard to enhance driving comfort.

In addition, the car's body incorporates ultra-high-strength 'hot press forming' (HPF) components at a class-leading 18% ratio, and uses a number of high-quality materials, including the new 980Mpa+ Giga Steel and ultra-high tensile steel sheet (AHSS).

The Gran Corleos E-Tech Hybrid delivers a class-leading 245 hp of system power and a class-leading fuel efficiency of 15.7 mpg combined (in Techno trim) on 19-inch tyres.

The Grand Corleos E-Tech Hybrid is available in the following trims: Techno at KRW 3,777,000, Iconic at KRW 4,152,000 and Esprit Alpine at KRW 4,352,000 with the eco-friendly car tax benefit. Starting from the entry-level Techno trim, the car is equipped with additional practical advanced driving assistance and safety convenience features such as 'Rear Cross Traffic Alert/Rear Cross Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist', '360-degree 3D Around View', 'Power Tailgate', and '3-zone independent full auto air conditioning' as standard compared to competing models in its class. The top-trim Esprit Alpine, which features sporty styling reminiscent of the sports car brand Alpine both inside and out, is also priced at KRW 45.67 million for the fully-optioned model, which includes a BOSE® surround sound system (10 speakers), active noise cancellation, augmented reality head-up display and acoustic windshield glass.
