Renault Korea launches 'Summer Savings Campaign' to promote safe driving

Renault Korea is running a special summer discount campaign for safe driving until 31 August to coincide with the summer holiday season.

Renault Korea is offering discounts to customers who have their wiper blades replaced - an essential summer maintenance item - and to customers who purchase Renault Korea Original Brush & Paint through the 'Summer Discount Campaign for Safe Driving'.

This summer is forecast to bring more precipitation than usual, with frequent flash floods, and if your wiper blades are worn out and can't clear rainwater well, you're likely to have a difficult time driving. Wiper blade replacement intervals are typically 6-10 months, but during the summer months when wipers are in heavy use, it is recommended to check the blades frequently for wear and replace them as needed.

During the campaign, customers who visit any of Renault Korea's service network of around 400 locations nationwide will receive a discount of 10% on wiper blade replacement, while members of the My Renault app will receive a discount of 15%. In addition, customers who purchase Original Brush & Paint, the genuine paint for Renault vehicles, will receive a KRW 10,000 maintenance discount coupon.

"During the summer months, when a lot of rain is expected, it is essential to check the wear of the wiper rubber blades to ensure safe driving," said a Renault Korea aftersales representative. "Through this campaign, we hope to encourage customers to check the condition of their wipers at Renault Korea's service network and, if they need to be replaced, have them replaced at a reasonable cost to ensure a safe drive."

Renault Korea also offers a variety of personalised care service features for customers' convenience, including 'Fast Track Maintenance Booking', which allows customers to check the service network for same-day service within two hours through the My Renault app, and transparent pricing information for paid maintenance customers for the first time in Korea. In addition, the company is also offering 'Care Service 24/7', a night and weekend delivery service after 6 p.m. on weekdays to resolve the inconvenience of delivery for customers who have difficulty visiting after-sales service centres on weekdays.

For customers who need to visit an after-sales service centre, the My Renault app makes it easy to book a service appointment, find out about customer benefits tailored to your vehicle and get an online service quote.

The 'Summer Savings for Safe Driving' campaign will be available for all Renault Korea models and details of the campaign are available from the Renault Korea service network and Angel Centres.
