Volvo Cars Korea has relaunched the brand's official app, Hej Volvo, to offer smarter car management features and Swedish lifestyle services.
Launched in 2020, the brand's official app, Hej Volvo, is a digital platform that integrates real-time service centre appointments and the industry's first real-time maintenance reminder service, as well as vehicle information, event information, test drive requests and more. The new update features a new odometer feature and enhanced lifestyle content. Volvo customers can use the logbook feature to keep track of their mileage, vehicle-related expenditure and maintenance history to better manage their cars.
We are also introducing new 'Lifestyle' and 'Brand Collaborations' menus to provide content that not only informs about the Volvo brand and its vehicles, but also lets you experience the premium Swedish lifestyle. The 'Lifestyle' section will offer family-friendly information such as accommodation and travel destinations, while the 'Brand Collaborations' section will feature collaborative content from a range of brands that fit in with the Swedish lifestyle.
We have also created a 'Ladies Community' menu for female Volvo customers and prospective customers, where they can share their daily inspiration and energy.
"We are renewing the 'Hey Volvo' app to not only enhance our vehicle-related services, but also to offer our unique lifestyle as a premium Swedish brand," said Man-Sik Lee, Head of Sales and Marketing, Volkswagen Cars Korea. "We will continue to strive to provide a variety of brand experiences and premium services."
Meanwhile, Volvo Cars Korea is running a 'Car Book Certification Event' until the end of the year to encourage sustainable vehicle management. The event, which will run from 15 July to 31 December, will reward customers who record their car's odometer and participate in the event through the authentication button on the Hey Volvo app with a mobile petrol voucher of KRW 30,000, and at the end of the year, two winners will be selected from all participants during the event period to receive a Volvo lifestyle goods package worth KRW 300,000. In addition to these events, Volvo will also be hosting a number of other activities to celebrate the relaunch of the Hey Volvo app.
