Volvo Cars Korea is launching a seasonal Service by Volvo campaign to help customers prepare for the upcoming rainy season and heatwave.
The seasonal 'Service By Volvo' campaign, which is open to all Volvo Cars customers, is designed to help customers keep their vehicles in top condition and drive safely during the upcoming rainy season and heatwave. The campaign will be held at 39 authorised Volvo Cars service centres nationwide from 8 July, and all customers who bring their cars in for service and repairs during the campaign will receive a free Pick By Volvo raincoat (first come, first served, campaign ends early if stocks last).
Volvo Cars nationwide service centre locations and service appointments related to this service campaign can be found on the 'Hey Volvo' app, the Volvo Cars official website and the 'Service by Volvo' KakaoTalk channel. For more information, customers can contact Volvo Cars' authorised service centres or the Customer Support Centre at 1588-1777.
"We are launching this campaign to help all our customers drive safely by inspecting their vehicles in advance during the summer season, when rainy weather and heat waves are common," said Kyung Ran Song, Head of Customer Service at Volvo Cars Korea.
Meanwhile, Volvo Cars Korea continues to invest heavily in expanding its service network to ensure customers receive quality service anytime, anywhere. Starting with the Seosuwon showroom in January this year, a total of six new and expanded showrooms were opened and relocated, and five new service centres were opened, including the recently opened Gunsan Service Centre.
