Chabot Motors, the official domestic importer of INEOS Automotive, has appointed singer and actor Choi Siwon, a member of the group Super Junior, as the new INEOS Grenadian brand ambassador.
"After first discovering the brand last year, I visited the INEOS Grenadier Seoul in Seongsu-dong, Seoul several times to see the car in person. Unlike the usual urban SUVs, I was mesmerised by its intuitive and timeless design both inside and out, and its overwhelming off-road capabilities," said Mr. Lee. "We were also impressed by the vision and passion of Sir Jim Ratcliffe, founder and chairman of the Ineos Group, whose themes of challenge and innovation were not just appealing, but convincing. I wanted to be an ambassador for Grenadier as I share these values."
The ambassador model is an Ineos Grenadier Fieldmaster Edition in Sela Green, a colour chosen by Choi himself. "At first glance, it may seem clunky, but when you look closely, there is a sophistication to it that makes you wonder if it could be any more sophisticated. We wanted to put a classic on top of that sophistication," he says. "I think the INEOS Grenadier is a great choice for outdoor living," he concludes, "and I'm looking forward to the future.
The brand ambassador appointment will be used to promote the Ineos Grenadier sold by Chabot Motors and will participate in Ineos Grenadier-related events organised or sponsored by Chabot Motors. He will also share his experiences with INEOS Grenadier through his social media accounts.
The brainchild of Ineos Group Chairman Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the Grenadier combines British grit and design with German engineering rigour and is powered by BMW's proven in-line six-cylinder 3.0L petrol turbo engine, trapezoidal frame chassis, all-wheel drive system, up to three locking differentials and solid beam axles. Five INEOS Grenadier trims are available in Korea: the five-seat Grenadier Station Wagon, Grenadier Trialmaster Edition, Grenadier Fieldmaster Edition, Grenadier Fieldmaster Edition With Rough Pack and Grenadier Korea Pack.
