Volkswagen Korea launches campaign to support customers affected by rainy season flooding

Volkswagen Korea is launching a 'Rainy Season Flooded Vehicle Support Campaign' to help customers with summer flooding to ease the burden of car repairs.

The campaign is aimed at Volkswagen customers who have suffered water damage due to torrential rains and who do not have car insurance and are paying for repairs out of pocket. The campaign will cover 30% of the cost of parts (excluding the purchase of parts alone) when customers have their water-damaged vehicles repaired at an authorised Volkswagen service centre.

The company will also provide free towing and free delivery services for eligible customers whose cars are inoperable due to flood damage.

The campaign will run until 30 August at 30 authorised Volkswagen service centres nationwide. For more information, please visit your authorised service centre.
