Renault Korea is launching the 'Summer My Car Health Checkup Campaign' for the month of June, offering special maintenance discounts on air conditioning parts.
Through this maintenance discount campaign, Renault Korea is offering discounts on the recently introduced PM 0.3 Premium Filter 30% and the air conditioning condenser and compressor 15%. Customers who replace the condenser and compressor together will receive an additional maintenance coupon. In addition, customers with vehicles with a factory date before 2017 who are members of the "My Renault" app will receive a discount on oil changes.
The new PM 0.3 Premium Filter, available at a discounted price in this campaign, is a high-performance car air conditioning filter that can filter 99% of ultra-fine dust measuring 0.3㎛. The unique antibacterial coating layer prevents the growth of bacteria and allergens, and effectively absorbs odours and harmful gases in the car to keep the cabin air fresher.
The air conditioning condenser is located inside the front grille of your car, so it's at high risk of damage and is easily exposed to dirt and debris. This is why it's important to check for refrigerant leaks before you top up your air conditioning refrigerant for the summer, and to carry out regular maintenance.
In addition, the automotive air conditioning compressor is often referred to as the "heart of the air conditioner," and if it fails, the refrigerant compression efficiency will decrease, resulting in poor air conditioning performance and fuel economy. In addition, the engine-mounted compressor is exposed to high heat and vibration, requiring regular and careful maintenance.
