Mercedes-Benz Korea named Best Import Car Dealer for 10th consecutive year

Mercedes-Benz Korea has been ranked No. 1 in the "Imported Car Dealership" category for the 10th consecutive year and No. 1 in the "Imported Certified Used Car" category for the fourth consecutive year in the 2024 Korean Service Quality Index (KSQI), a customer contact survey organised by the Korea Efficiency Association Consulting.

The 2024 Service Quality Index for Korean Industries, which assesses the quality of a company's products and services as perceived by customers at the point of contact, surveyed 140 companies and organisations in 34 industries through face-to-face interviews with service evaluators in Seoul and five metropolitan areas.

First up, Mercedes-Benz Korea topped the 'Imported Car Dealership' category with a score of 97.1 points for delivering a differentiated experience at the customer sales point of contact. In this year's assessment, Mercedes-Benz Korea scored strongly in the essential areas of service, receiving top marks in eight out of 11 categories across a range of customer-facing areas, including the attitude and expertise of its staff, as well as the dealership environment.

Commenting on the awards, Mr. Sangguk Lee, Executive Vice President, International Sales, Mercedes-Benz Korea, said, "Our efforts in all customer touch points to provide the best customer service worthy of a top brand have resulted in the significant achievement of being ranked number one in two categories for the 10th and 4th consecutive year, respectively.

Mercedes-Benz Korea is implementing MAR 20X, an interior concept that introduces innovative consultation processes and service digitisation to provide the best customer experience and convey consistent brand values. The company also operates top-class brand-specific showrooms such as the AMG Brand Centre and the Maybach Exclusive Lounge+ to convey the brand's diverse appeal.

In addition, we continue to train our sales consultants in line with the standards of our German headquarters to deliver the brand's luxury values based on a customer-centric philosophy. In addition, the company annually awards individual employees and teams with the best performance in sales and service based on a comprehensive evaluation of customer satisfaction and service, checking the quality of service and boosting the morale of sales consultants.

Mercedes-Benz Korea was also ranked number one in the Imported Certified Pre-Owned category for the fourth consecutive year with a score of 95. This is the fourth consecutive award since the category was newly established in 2021, recognising the brand's continued success in delivering luxury and differentiated customer service in the Certified Pre-Owned category. This year's assessment scored high marks in a number of areas, including showroom facilities and environment and the proactivity of staff.

In June, Mercedes-Benz Korea was awarded the Global Best Brand for the seventh consecutive year at the Korea Consumer Awards, which recognises companies and brands that demonstrate high customer satisfaction across quality, service and price.
