Cadillac has launched the Cadillac Owner Care Service, a service campaign to help customers stay safe on the road during the busy holiday season. The campaign includes free preventive maintenance and discounts on authorised parts to keep customers safe and comfortable on the road.
Cadillac owners will receive complimentary inspections on eight items, including air conditioning systems, brakes and steering, lower body bushings, and more, as well as free topp-ups of consumable fluids such as engine oil and brake fluid, and discounts on Cadillac-authorised parts 20% (excludes accessories and non-authorised parts).
The campaign, which will be held at all 17 Cadillac service centres nationwide, will run from 16 to 31 May. Eligible vehicles are limited to models sold through Cadillac Korea.
Customers who wish to participate can schedule an appointment at their nearest service centre to have their vehicle inspected at their convenience, and more information about the service campaign is available at Cadillac Customer Contact Centres and Cadillac service centres nationwide.
