Renault Korea expands nationwide with new showrooms to enrich customer experience

Renault Korea officially opened its newly renovated Daegu Suseong dealership in line with its new showroom concept 'RNLT©' on the 29th. Renault Korea plans to expand the number of such showrooms across the country to provide customers with a variety of brand experiences in their daily lives.

The RNLT© concept, applied at Renault Korea's Daegu Soosung dealership, is a new type of showroom concept that the Renault brand has recently introduced to the global market. Located in highly accessible areas such as city centres and shopping malls, RNLT© showrooms offer a range of services to enrich the everyday experience of the Renault brand.

Visitors to the Renault Korea RNLT© showroom will be able to enjoy vehicle purchase services such as consultation, test drives, contracts and delivery, as well as 'The Original' Renault items such as clothing, fashion accessories and car models with a French design sensibility.

Renault Korea opened its flagship store 'Renault Seongsu' earlier this month, following the opening of the Starfield Suwon store in a large shopping mall in January, using the RNLT© concept. Located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, one of the most trendy places in the city, Renault Seongsu operates as a multifunctional cultural space that provides a more diverse customer experience, including a café and pop-up store, in addition to a showroom and service centre.

In addition, Renault Korea will gradually increase the number of such RNLT© showrooms in major urban centres and metropolitan areas, while existing showrooms will be gradually refurbished in line with the Renault brand Shop Identity (SI).

Meanwhile, earlier this month, Renault Korea announced Renault Nouvelle Vague, a new mobility brand in the domestic market. With this, Renault Korea will introduce the diamond-shaped Renault Rojangju emblem and implement Renault's 'Electro Pop' brand strategy in the domestic market, which is based on three key technologies: E-Tech electrification, Open R-Link-oriented connectivity, and Human First, which puts safety first.
