BMW Group Korea launches Family Week campaign for BMW and MINI customers

BMW Group Korea is celebrating Family Month with BMW∙MINI Family Week, a month-long campaign from 2 to 31 May, where authorised BMW and MINI service centres across the country will offer free car check-ups, discounts on filters and more.

The campaign is designed to help BMW and MINI customers drive safely and comfortably during Family Month, when outdoor activities are in full swing, by offering a free, detailed car check-up.

Firstly, BMW and MINI cars with expired BSI and MSI will be offered a free inspection and fume deodorisation service during the event. In addition, customers can enjoy a 20% discount for the replacement of genuine BMW filters, including micro filters, and a 30% discount for the replacement of two or more types of filters. Original BMW and MINI lifestyle products for the family, such as city scooters, baby racers and miniatures, are also available with the 30% discount.

There are also rewards for customers who purchase original BMW and MINI tyres. Customers who replace two original BMW tyres will receive a BMW storage box and those who replace two original MINI tyres will receive a MINI door pin. Customers who replace four original BMW and MINI tyres will receive a BMW and MINI floating hubcap and a camping wagon.

In addition, we have prepared a variety of benefits for customers who take advantage of the Family Week campaign. BMW customers who spend more than KRW 500,000 on services during the event will receive a golf pouch, and MINI owners will receive a free air freshener when they spend KRW 300,000 or more. BMW customers who spend KRW 2 million or more on services (KRW 1.5 million or more for MINI customers) will have the opportunity to participate in a lucky draw, where they will receive family-related lifestyle products as gifts. However, the total amount excludes accident repairs, lifestyle product purchases, and tyre purchases.

In addition, customers who participate in the quiz event of the incident care campaign will receive KRW 100,000 in BMW or MINI service vouchers, and customers who book and drop off their car via the My BMW and MINI apps during the campaign will receive a genuine BMW and MINI umbrella. BMW customers who subscribe to BMW ServiceCare Plus, a subscription-based car care programme, and have their vehicles in for service will also receive a BMW umbrella. (App bookings and BMW ServiceCare Plus offers cannot be combined)
