Polestar tops the 2024 Brand Loyalty Awards for electric vehicles for the second year in a row

For the second year in a row, Polestar has been named number one in the electric vehicle category in the 2024 Brand Loyalty Consumer Survey.

The electric vehicle segment survey was conducted online and via one-on-one phone survey from 11-24 March among customers who have experienced the brand within the past year. There were five dimensions: brand trust, brand attachment, repurchase intentions, recommendation intentions, and switching intentions, each measured on a seven-point scale.

Of the four brands shortlisted in the Electric Vehicle category, Polestar scored the highest in every category, achieving an overall score of 27.41 (out of 35) to take first place for the second year running.

"We will continue to introduce high-quality electric vehicles to the Korean market and strengthen our position as a premium electric vehicle brand by providing better customer experience."
