Ineos Automotive launches nationwide service centre network

Chabot Motors, the official importer of INEOS Automotive in the country, has announced a total of six authorised service centres in cities across the country ahead of the first customer deliveries of the INEOS Grenadier, scheduled for early May.

INEOS Automotive aims to ensure that most customers around the world are within 45 minutes of an authorised service centre. Service centres in Korea will be strategically located in key regions including Seoul, Ilsan, Shingal, Daejeon, Jeonju and Busan (to be announced). Each service centre is staffed with industry-experienced and qualified advisors and expert technicians to provide comprehensive after-sales services, including routine inspections, general maintenance, accident repairs, emergency roadside assistance and accidental vehicle towing.

We keep common parts in stock so that customers can be serviced quickly in the event of an issue. Parts that are not in stock at our service centres are sourced via express courier from our 6,000 sqm global parts hub in Europe.

The Grenadier's body-on-frame construction has been deliberately designed to make it easy to work on the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The durability and reliability of the Grenadier, which has undergone a rigorous testing programme of 1.8 million kilometres, also gives Korean customers peace of mind with a comprehensive 5-year/unlimited mileage vehicle warranty. In addition, the trapezoidal frame chassis and body components are covered by a 12-year anti-perforation warranty.

The brainchild of Ineos Group Chairman Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the Grenadier combines British grit and design with German engineering rigour and features a proven BMW in-line six-cylinder 3.0L engine, trapezoidal frame chassis, all-wheel drive system, up to three locking differentials and solid beam axles.

Meanwhile, on 22 March, INEOS Automotive CEO Lynn Calder and Justin Hokbar, General Manager, Asia-Pacific, visited INEOS Grenadier Seoul in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, to inspect the sales and service preparations for the Grenadier. "We are very excited to finally begin delivering our first customers in Asia, especially in the Korean market," said CEO Lynn Calder. "This is an important milestone for INEOS Automotive, and we will do everything we can to ensure our Korean customers have a seamless experience with Grenadier sales and after-sales service."
