Lexus Korea has opened a new Lexus Uijeongbu Showroom and Service Centre in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi-do, to expand customer contact points and strengthen its service network in the northeast region.
Located in Jangam-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, the 'Lexus Uijeongbu Showroom and Service Centre' is a one-stop-shop for sales, service and spare parts, with a total area of 2,983m² on two basement floors and four floors above ground. It is also located close to the Guri/Pocheon Expressway, Outer Ring Road, and Eastern Expressway, making it easily accessible from Gyeonggi Province and Seoul.
The Lexus Uijeongbu showroom and service centre uses wood interiors to create a nature-friendly environment that blends in with the surrounding landscape of Suraksan and Dobongsan. In addition, the first Lexus showroom in the country to install ceiling-type LEDs added to the futuristic showroom concept. The basement and first two floors are used for after-sales service and car parking, while the ground floor is used for sales and service reception. The second floor is used as a showroom and customer lounge.
With a total of seven workbays, the Lexus Uijeongbu Service Centre is capable of servicing 550 vehicles per month, and is staffed by approximately 15 experienced service advisors and technicians who have been professionally trained by the Lexus brand to provide customers with differentiated Lexus services. In addition, to commemorate the opening of the new facility, all customers visiting the Uijeongbu showroom will receive a free tumbler while supplies last.

Including the new Uijeongbu showroom and service centre, Lexus Korea will operate 31 showrooms and 35 service centres nationwide.
