KG Mobility (KGM) has signed the 'KGM-Agency Win-Win Agreement Ceremony' with the Agency Council to review cooperation to improve customer satisfaction and explore ways to boost sales.
At the win-win agreement ceremony held at KGM's Seoul office in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the 8th of this month, executives and employees of KGM, including Park Kyung-joon, Head of Domestic Business (Managing Director) and Kim Sung-soo, Chairman of the Agency Council (Namdong-gu Agency), agreed to grow together through smooth communication and strengthened bonds.
In particular, the signing ceremony discussed practical cooperation measures to improve customer satisfaction and rapidly expand market share under the KGM brand based on mutual trust between the company and dealerships. As a practical cooperation plan, it was agreed to ▲ operate test vehicles to expand customer experience ▲ cooperate to improve the environment to enhance customer service in the showroom ▲ and ▲ establish a cooperative process to improve product/service quality.
"Through this agreement, we will create a sustainable future together based on mutual trust and cooperation," said Park Kyung-joon, head of KGM's domestic business division, who attended the event. "KGM will also strive to maximise customer value by prioritising customer satisfaction through win-win cooperation with distributors."
Meanwhile, KG Mobility has been working hard to enhance its corporate image and improve customer satisfaction services by launching a new representative brand 'KGM' on the one-year anniversary of its integration into the KG Group family in November last year, replacing the signage of its 275 sales networks nationwide, and renovating its dealerships.
