KG Mobility (KGM) has opened an offline showroom at the Seo Seoul Motor Museum in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to help customers purchase high-quality and reliable used cars, and is launching a certified pre-owned car business.
KGM plans to promote the certified used car business to create a healthy used car trading culture and enhance consumer confidence by providing transparent information on products and after-sales service based on trust in quality, with customer value as the top priority.
Certified used vehicles are commercialised through a seven-step process (incoming inspection - detailed diagnosis - performance improvement - appearance improvement - commercialisation inspection - certification inspection - outgoing inspection) and a diagnostic inspection of 280 items, the highest level in Korea, and the inspection results are transparently provided to customers through the website.
In particular, KGM will be reborn as a 'KGM Certified Used Car' through the commercialisation process of precision diagnosis and quality improvement and the quality certification process at the 'KGM Gunpo Wide Area Service Center', the first manufacturer-directed service center in Korea to sell high-quality used cars.
KGM's pre-owned vehicles are certified pre-owned vehicles within 5 years/100,000 kilometres of its own brand that have passed a rigorous merchandising process and are backed by a free warranty of up to 1 year/2 years from the time of purchase (in addition to the free warranty provided at the time of sale of the new vehicle).
You can buy (sell) at the most reasonable (highest) price reflecting the current market price based on real transaction data for the past year, and we also operate a 'responsible refund system' that refunds the customer's money within 3 days after receiving the ordered car (car buyer).
