KG Mobility (KGM) is expanding its service network to strengthen customer service. The expansion of the service network will see KGM openly recruit service centres and service plaza operators to provide prompt and accurate services to customers through expanded after-sales service (AS) and enhanced customer service. The recruitment period will automatically close once the recruitment is completed by region.
"We are recruiting a service network by location so that customers who have purchased a car can easily visit and repair it without any inconvenience," said a KGM representative. "We are looking for professional and passionate operators who are interested in building the future together with KGM."
The recruitment is open to all operators who have the facilities and environment to run a professional service network. To be eligible to apply, the service centre must be operated as a dedicated KGM vehicle service workshop with a small/general maintenance level 2 or above. For service providers, the level of specialised maintenance is level 3. For more information on how to apply, please visit the KGM website.
KGM launched The New Toreth on the 8th of this month, and is planning to launch the Corando EV, J120 (coupe model), and O100 (electric pickup). In 2025, the company plans to expand its line-up of new models, including the KR10 and F100, and expand its service network to strengthen customer service.
Currently, KGM operates more than 320 service networks across the country, with plans to expand to a total of 340 by the end of 2026, expanding to key regions across the country to provide professional services and increase service touch points with customers.
