MINI Korea will open pre-bookings for the all-new all-electric MINI Countryman from 2 May at 3pm via the MINI Shop online.

The new all-electric MINI Countryman is the third generation of the MINI Countryman and the first all-electric model in seven years, following the launch of the second generation in 2017. With its modern, sleek design, larger body and more spacious cabin, innovative digital experience and advanced driver assistance systems, and powerful driving dynamics, the new MINI Countryman is an all-electric car for both urban and outdoor living.

The exterior is characterised by smooth body surfaces, larger wheel arches and vertical design elements. At the front, the distinctive MINI front grille and angular headlamps create a strong presence, while the vertical rear lamps are slimmed down to create a more spacious rear end. The body is 130 mm longer, 20 mm wider, 60 mm taller and 20 mm longer than the previous generation MINI Countryman, and the wheelbase has been increased by 20 mm to provide more interior and cargo space for the compact SUV. (Body dimensions are subject to change prior to domestic certification)

The interior has a clean, high-tech feel. The most prominent feature is the circular display in the centre of the dashboard. Developed in collaboration with Samsung Display, the circular OLED display offers a differentiated user experience with top-notch image quality and responsiveness. It is also equipped with MINI's latest operating system, MINI Operating System 9, which enables the TMAP-based Korean MINI navigation system, gaming functions, video streaming services and third-party apps.

The new all-electric MINI Countryman is available with two powertrains. The MINI Countryman E has an electric motor at the front with a maximum output of 204 hp and a maximum torque of 25.5 kg-m. The MINI Countryman SE ALL4 is powered by two electric motors with a combined maximum output of 313 hp and 50.4 kg-m of torque.

The MINI Countryman E will be available in a single Classic trim, while the MINI Countryman SE will be available in Faded and JCW trims, giving customers a total of three options. The range per full charge is expected to be around 310 to 350 kilometres (433 to 462 kilometres based on WLTP before domestic certification), and the MINI Countryman E will be priced from KRW 56,000 to 58,000 and the MINI Countryman SE from KRW 62,000 to 67,000, depending on the trim.

The new all-electric MINI Countryman is now available for pre-booking online at the MINI Shop (https://shop.mini.co.kr) and will be officially launched in June. For more information, please contact the MINI Communication Centre on 080-700-8000.
