Mercedes-Benz Korea will begin customer deliveries of the all-new Mercedes-Benz CLE 200 Coupé on Tuesday (26th), following the launch of the CLE 450 4MATIC Coupé in February.
The all-new Mercedes-Benz CLE Coupé is a two-door coupé that harmoniously fuses the concepts of the C-Class and E-Class, and continues the tradition of the Mercedes-Benz Dream Car with its elegant and confident design, sporty driving dynamics and state-of-the-art digital features. The CLE 200 Coupé and CLE 450 4MATIC Coupé are now available in Korea.
The CLE 200 Coupé shares the same design language as the CLE 450 4MATIC Coupé. Its sporty and elegant appearance is characterised by the proportions of a two-door coupé and design elements such as the long hood with shark nose, long wheelbase with short overhangs and muscular rear end. The AMG Line exterior package and 19-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels as standard add to the dynamic look.
Inside, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a driver-focused 11.9-inch vertical LCD centre display provide an intuitive digital experience. Clean metal structural trim is standard, while a heated multi-function sports steering wheel and a new headrest-integrated sports seat design developed exclusively for the CLE Coupé add to the sense of presence. In addition, 64 colours of Ambient Light Plus are available to personalise the cabin to suit individual tastes and emotions.
The CLE 200 Coupe also features the latest third-generation MBUX infotainment system, which offers the same range of digital conveniences. Firstly, it supports a routine function that automates driver-favourite convenience functions. This enables drivers to automate recurring convenience functions by associating vehicle functions such as climate settings, ambient lighting, audio, and parking camera with specific conditions of their choice, such as date and time, location, inside and outside temperature, and vehicle speed.
In addition, we support MBUX Navigation Premium, which provides optimal routing based on the latest map data and real-time traffic information from T-Map, and later this year we will introduce T-Map Auto, a navigation system optimised for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. In addition, MBUX Augmented Reality Navigation and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support will be available to make driving more convenient.
The CLE 200 Coupe is powered by a straight four-cylinder petrol engine with a peak power output of 204 hp and a maximum torque of 32.6 kg-m. It also features a mild hybrid system with a 48-volt on-board electric system, which provides up to 17 kilowatts of additional power at start-up via a second-generation integrated starter generator for smooth and rapid engine start-up, gliding, boosting and regenerative braking. This enables the CLE 200 Coupé to achieve a combined fuel consumption of 12.1 km/L.
In addition, the all-new Mercedes-Benz CLE Coupé comes standard with a range of driving assistance systems, safety and comfort features, including the Driving Assistance Package Plus, which optimises the brightness of the headlamps for driving, Digital Light, the new Mercedes-Benz drowsy driving warning system Attention Assist, Easy-Entry, which makes it easier to get into the rear seats, a panoramic sunroof and a parking package including a 360° camera.
With the CLE 200 Coupe, Mercedes-Benz Korea offers an affordable way to experience a dynamic and elegant new dream car with efficient fuel efficiency and a wealth of standard equipment at a price point in the low 70 million won range.
