Lexus Korea has opened the new Lexus Wonju Service Centre in Wonju, Gangwon Province to expand customer contact points and strengthen its service network in the region. It is the first service centre in Gangwon Province with BP (sheet metal painting) capabilities and is located close to the Wonju IC of Yeongdong Expressway for easy accessibility.
The newly opened Lexus Wonju General Service Centre has a gross floor area of 1,056.68m² (4,972m² of land). It consists of three wings, including a reception area, sheet metal and painting workshop, and parts warehouse. Based on a total of five workbays, the centre is equipped to service an average of 80 cars per month, and is staffed by skilled technicians and employees who provide professional services ranging from customer consultation to car inspection, general maintenance and accident repair.
Manabu Konyama, President of Lexus Korea, said, "With the opening of the Wonju General Service Centre, many customers in the Gangwon region will be able to receive quality service in a comfortable facility. We will continue to listen to the voices of our customers and strive to provide not only high-quality service, but also prompt and differentiated service."
Including the newly opened Wonju General Service Centre, Lexus Korea now has 31 showrooms and 36 service centres nationwide.
