Renault Korea is launching a special maintenance campaign for a refreshing drive, offering customers 20% and 15% benefits on the replacement of premium and standard air conditioning filters until 31 May.
Customers who visit a Renault Korea AS service centre during the offer period and are an existing member of the 'My Renault' app can replace the premium air conditioning filter at a discounted price of 20%. The regular size air conditioning filter will be discounted to 15%. This maintenance offer campaign is also available immediately to new customers who sign up for the app on the same day.
In addition, all new customers who sign up for the My Renault app during the campaign period and agree to receive SMS and app push marketing information will receive a 20,000 won maintenance discount voucher that can be redeemed at any Renault Korea AS service centre through the My Renault app after the campaign ends.
For other customers who are not members of the My Renault app, you will receive a discount on the Premium Air Conditioning Filter 15% and a discount on the Standard Air Conditioning Filter 10%.
Renault Korea's new 'PM 0.3 Premium Filter', which is being offered at a special discount during this campaign, filters out ultra-fine particles down to 99%, which is 0.3 micrometres in size, keeping the cabin air cleaner and fresher. In addition, an antibacterial coating layer prevents the growth of bacteria and allergens in the filter, absorbing odours and harmful gases for a safer spring driving experience.
All special maintenance offers are for parts only, excluding labour, and discounts do not apply to insurance, warranty, accident-repaired vehicles, or simple parts purchases. Corporate, leased, rental and electric vehicles are not eligible for this offer.
Renault Korea also offers a variety of personalised care service features for customer convenience, including 'Fast Track Maintenance Booking', which allows customers to check the service network for same-day service within two hours through the My Renault app, and transparent pricing information for paid maintenance customers for the first time in Korea. In addition, the company is also offering 'Care Service 24/7', a night and weekend delivery service after 6 p.m. on weekdays, to solve the inconvenience of delivery for customers who have difficulty visiting after-sales service centres on weekdays.
