Mercedes-Benz Korea is launching the '2024 Flooded Vehicle Special Support Service' to minimise the burden and inconvenience to customers in the event of vehicle flooding due to heavy summer rains.
The service, which aims to help customers with water damaged vehicles get back to normal and reduce their losses, is available to Mercedes-Benz customers who have suffered water damage due to seasonal downpours until 30 September.
Through this service, Mercedes-Benz Korea will provide a co-payment of up to KRW 500,000 for insurance repairs to reduce the cost burden on customers, and a free rental car for up to 10 days with a cost limit of KRW 1 million to minimise inconvenience during the repair period.
In addition, Mercedes-Benz Korea will provide free inspection services for water-damaged vehicles at the first service centre and again at the one-year anniversary of the repair, for a total of two check-ups, and will also provide a free 'Car Care Package' consisting of various car care items to customers whose vehicles are repaired.
The '2024 Flooded Vehicle Special Assistance Service', which will be available at 75 authorised Mercedes-Benz service centres nationwide, will be available for vehicles delivered from 4 June onwards, and more information about the service can be found at authorised service centres nationwide.
