Volvo Cars Korea has opened a new Volvo Jinju showroom and service centre to strengthen contact with customers in the western Gyeongnam region and provide premium services.
The Volvo Jinju Showroom and Service Centre, operated by Iron Motors, an authorised Volvo Cars Korea dealer, has a total floor area of 2,276.39㎡ (approx. 688 pyeong) and four floors, with ample parking space for up to 41 cars. In line with Volvo Cars' philosophy of eco-friendliness and sustainability, the centre runs on green energy through solar panels.
The ground floor of the showroom and service centre includes a reception area for service, a delivery zone for vehicle delivery and workbays, as well as fast (DC combo) and slow (AC combo) chargers for electric vehicles. The second floor features an exhibition area where customers can explore Volvo Cars' extensive line-up and a premium customer lounge where they can relax and unwind, while the third and fourth floors are dedicated to sheet metal and paint repairs.
Add to that Volvo Personal Service (VPS), which offers up to 590 general and accident repairs per month and matches technicians with customers on a one-to-one basis, and customers get the premium service they deserve from Volvo Cars.
Volvo Cars Korea is celebrating the opening of its new Jinju showroom and service centre with a series of events until 31 May. At the showroom, all customers who visit for a consultation will receive a premium towel set, and all customers who sign a contract and take delivery during the event will receive an additional set of Volvo golf bags. All customers who enter the service centre will also receive a premium towel set, and customers who have an accident repair or paid repair of KRW 1 million or more will receive a Volvo Boston bag (prizes are subject to change and will end early if stocks last).

"In the future, Volvo Cars Korea will continue to strive for not only quantitative growth, but also qualitative growth that will enhance customer satisfaction through steady network expansion."
Meanwhile, Volvo Cars Korea plans to secure its service network with a massive investment of KRW 100 billion this year to keep pace with growing customer demand. In addition to the newly opened DTS in Seosuwon and Yongsan, Seoul, Volvo Cars Korea plans to build exhibition halls in Cheongju and Gunsan, and open service centres in Daechi, Seoul, Haenam, Cheongju and Gunsan to enhance differentiated customer experiences.
