Volvo Trucks Korea held a business conference for its brand ambassadors at the Four Points by Sheraton Suwon on the 13th. The 18 brand ambassadors are divided into tractors, dumpers, heavy cargo, medium cargo and online sectors and will work for two years from this year.
The Volvo Trucks ambassadors have been selected based on their experience of operating Volvo Trucks and their knowledge and love of Volvo Trucks. They will play the role of 'speakers' who share various information about Volvo Trucks' performance and strengths with love in the field, as well as 'bridges' who bring the voices of the field to the company.
At the business conference, 18 ambassadors were appointed, and Volvo Trucks employees personally introduced the Volvo Trucks brand to the ambassadors and shared product-related information such as the latest technologies and specifications with them. The event also provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction with long-time Volvo Trucks customers, who were also appointed as brand ambassadors, to share their opinions on Volvo Trucks.
"The history of Volvo Trucks' growth in the Korean market has been shaped by our customers," said Kang-Seok Park, President of Volvo Trucks Korea. "We will continue to actively listen to and support our customers through various channels, and maintain close relationships with them through various events and programmes to fulfil our role as a trusted business partner."
