Audi Korea's authorised dealer, Bayern Auto, is opening a new Audi Gimpo Airport Service Centre.
With a total area of 628 square metres, the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Centre is equipped with five workbays and can service up to 30 vehicles per day. The customer waiting room with Audi's new CI is expected to significantly improve customer satisfaction by providing a pleasant and premium brand experience during the waiting time.
Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport, where the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Centre is located, is the largest shopping complex in the region with an average daily footfall of more than 40,000 people, making it highly accessible to customers not only in Seoul, but also in Bucheon and Gimpo cities in western Gyeonggi Province. The Audi Gimpo Airport Service Centre will focus on strengthening local services by providing high-quality services based on excellent accessibility.
"We will make the most of the location of the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Centre, our first service network, to provide our customers with an even more convenient service infrastructure and a premium Audi service experience," said a spokesperson for Audi of Korea. "In the future, we plan to provide various customer convenience services for Audi customers travelling through Gimpo Airport."
To celebrate the opening of the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Centre, Bayern Autos will be holding various events. Until the end of April, all customers who visit the service centre will receive a 20% discount on genuine Audi parts, accessories and collections, and five customers will be selected at random to receive an Audi golf bag set.
