Cadillac has opened a new service centre in Gwangju to service the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions.
Cadillac Gwangju Service Centre (234 Omun-ro, Buk-gu, Gwangju, Korea) is located near the core road network connecting Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, including Honam Expressway (Donggwangju IC) and Gwangju 2nd Ring Road, and is the base service centre where Cadillac will deliver a differentiated customer experience.
With a total of 26 workbays covering an area of 4,737 square metres, the Gwangju service centre has the capacity to provide a 'one-stop service' from vehicle inspection to repair, including sheet metal and painting booths and a separate car inspection station.
Inside the service centre, the reception area features Cadillac's new CI and a customer waiting area with brand heritage photos to make customers feel at home.
To celebrate the new opening, the Gwangju Service Centre is offering free gifts to all customers who visit until the end of June, as well as a free inspection service and a discount of 10% on repairs.
