Cadillac has opened a new service centre in Busan to lead the expansion of its service experience in Busan and the eastern Gyeongnam region.
The Busan Service Centre (21, Gaya-daero, Sasang-gu, Busan, Korea), operated by Cadillac's authorised agent Xylee Sasang Service, will serve as a base service centre for customers in Busan and the eastern Gyeongnam region, including Gimhae and Yangsan, thanks to its excellent access to the region's core road network, including the Namhae Expressway and Dongseong-Go Road.
The Busan service centre has two floors and a total area of 2,995㎡, with seven dedicated workbays, including booths for sheet metal and painting, to provide a 'one-stop service' capability that can handle not only general repairs but also accident repairs. In addition, a premium lounge for Cadillac customers has been set aside so that customers who visit the service centre can wait in a comfortable environment.
With the opening of the service centre in Busan, Cadillac will launch various promotions to help customers in the eastern Gyeongnam region, including Busan and nearby Gimhae and Yangsan, experience Cadillac's differentiated premium service.
To celebrate the new opening, we are running a special offer for all customers who visit us until 31 May. All customers who visit during the event will receive a free inspection service, a discount on the repair fee of 10%, and a customer gift to commemorate the opening.
