Cadillac has opened four new service centres this year, including the recent opening of the Seoul Service Centre and Suwon Service Centre, taking a step closer to delivering premium service for the highest customer satisfaction.
The Seoul Service Centre (234, Seonyu-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea), which is the largest in the country with a land area of 3,970.60㎡ (1,201 pyeong) and a total gross floor area of 26,252.23㎡ (7,941 pyeong) from the third basement to the eighth floor, is located at the southern end of Yanghwa Bridge in Seoul and is easily accessible, and is equipped with a workbay with the latest equipment and dedicated booths for sheet metal and painting, meeting all the requirements to provide customers with a high level of service quality and maximise their satisfaction.
In addition, the Suwon Service Centre (21, Maeyeong-ro 220beon-gil, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea), which has a total gross floor area of 3,100㎡ (938 pyeong) and three floors, is equipped with a total of 20 workbays and 10 booths dedicated to sheet metal and painting to fully respond to the growing demand for services in the new urban areas of southern Gyeonggi-do.
In addition to the aforementioned Seoul Service Center and Suwon Service Center, Cadillac has opened four new service centers this year, including Busan Service Center (April) and Gwangju Service Center (May), and is focusing on increasing the number of after-sales service points so that not only customers in the metropolitan area but also customers in rural areas can easily enjoy Cadillac's differentiated services.
