Toyota Motor Corporation of Korea will provide a special incentive of KRW 100 million to the Korean athletes competing at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, and will award a RAV4 Hybrid to the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Games, a first for any Paralympic Games.
Toyota Motor Corporation of Korea will provide a special incentive of KRW 100 million to 177 athletes from 17 sports competing at the Paris Paralympic Games. In particular, the best athlete, who will be selected by the Korean Paralympic Committee's press corps after the Games, will receive a RAV4 Hybrid, Toyota's flagship hybrid SUV, as a prize. For the first time, the Korean Paralympic Committee will select a top athlete to cheer on the Korean athletes at the Paris Paralympic Games.
Toyota Motor Corporation has decided to support the Korean athletes in order to raise awareness of the Paralympic Games in Paris and to support the challenges of athletes with disabilities to bring out the best in them. As the official sponsor of the Korean Para Sports Federation, Toyota Motor Corporation signed a business agreement with the Korean Para Sports Federation on 16 April to support the Korean athletes competing at the Paris Paralympic Games.
