Stellantis Korea is launching the '2024 Check My Jeep-Peugeot Campaign' for four weeks from Monday 19 September to Saturday 14 September at authorised Jeep-Peugeot service centres nationwide to reduce the cost of servicing vehicles out of warranty.
The campaign is open to all Stellantis brands (Jeep, Fiat, Chrysler, Peugeot, Citroen, DS Automobiles) whose warranty period or warranty mileage has expired. The free check-up service is designed to help customers who are tired of the heavy rains and heatwave, and to prepare for the Chuseok holiday, which involves a lot of long-distance driving, so that even those whose warranties have expired can benefit from the peace of mind and affordable maintenance at an authorised service centre.
During the campaign, Stellantis Korea will offer discounts ranging from 10 to 301 TP3T on various items including MOPAR® Genuine Parts, accessories and merchandise items, and labour. For MOPAR Genuine Parts, excluding engine oil and tyres, the discount is based on the 'age of the vehicle', with a sliding scale of 15% for vehicles 3-5 years old, 20% for vehicles 5-7 years old and 30% for vehicles over 7 years old. Genuine Mopar accessories and merchandise items will be discounted by 20% and labour charges will be discounted by 10% (labour discount is only available at selected service centres).
In addition, customers who have not visited an authorised service centre for more than one year after the warranty expires will receive a 30,000 won discount coupon that can be used to purchase parts and accessories totaling 200,000 won (based on recommended consumer price). The campaign is limited to general repairs and excludes insurance, warranty, and recall repairs.
"We have designed this campaign to ease the burden on our customers who have been with us for a long time and to help them drive their cars in a safer environment," said Bangsil Bang, CEO of Stellantis Korea. "We will continue to increase customer satisfaction and trust in after-sales service through various campaigns that reduce the burden on customers."
