Audi Korea launches 'Audi to You', a test drive and consultation service at your doorstep

Audi Korea is launching the 'Audi to you' test drive service to expand customer contact and increase customer convenience.

'Audi to you' is a personalised test drive service where an Audi sales advisor will come to the customer's location for a test drive and consultation for customers who live far away from the showroom or who find it difficult to visit the showroom. Audi Korea has launched this service with the aim of increasing customer convenience and expanding customer contact points in light of changing buying behaviour and lifestyles, while providing a premium experience unique to the Audi brand.

After clicking 'Audi to you' on the test drive request page on the Audi Korea website, customers can select the car they want to test drive and register their preferred address to be visited by one of Audi's specially trained sales advisors with at least three years of experience. Every Audi showroom in the country has at least three Audi to You sales advisors, and the one closest to the customer's desired location will come to the customer after confirming the visit with the customer.

To celebrate the launch of the Audi to You service, Audi Korea is giving away prizes to the first 1,000 customers who use the service. In addition, Audi also operates various after-sales services, including the Audi Chatbot service, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to the free consumable maintenance coupon CSP (Car Service Plus), which is available to existing customers, customers who purchase a 24-year model will receive a pick-up and delivery service that can be booked online and by phone for a total of six one-way trips for three years.

In addition, we are providing various notification services to enhance the satisfaction of customers using the after-sales service, such as 'Service Reminder', which notifies customers before the expiration of the Extended Service Package (ESP) and CSP, and 'Repair progress update', which informs customers of the repair progress via text message.
