Cadillac will celebrate the launch of LYRIQ, the brand's first all-electric SUV, with the LYRIQ SHOWCASE IN BUSAN at Paradise Hotel Busan from 20 to 23 May.
The Cadillac Lyric is the first model to be built on GM's dedicated electric vehicle platform, ULTIUM, and has been making waves in the luxury EV market since its domestic debut last month with next-generation technology and a new design language that engages the occupants' senses.
To reward the enthusiastic interest in the Lyric, Cadillac is hosting a special event at Paradise Hotel Busan for its loyal customers in the Busan and Gyeongsangdo regions, as well as tourists visiting Haeundae in Busan ahead of the holiday season, to experience the Lyric firsthand.
From the 20th to the 23rd, visitors to the event will be able to view the Lyric on display in the hotel lobby and discuss purchases at the consultation booth. In addition, guests will be able to take part in the Ocean Drive programme, where they will be able to test drive the Lyric, as well as Cadillac's flagship products including the Escalade and the new XT4, and the Green Drive programme with the Michelin Green Star restaurant FIOTTO.
In particular, Cadillac will offer customers the opportunity to test drive the new XT4, a luxury electric SUV that offers the comfort of a luxury sedan, the Escalade, the flagship luxury SUV, and the new XT4, which has been receiving intense customer interest since its launch in May, for the first time since its launch, through the 'Ocean Drive' programme, which will take customers from Haeundae to Songjeong-dong.
In addition, Cadillac will host a "Green Drive" programme in collaboration with the MICHELIN Green Star restaurant Piotto, which contributes to sustainability through its commitment to preserving nature and ecosystems.
Guests participating in the 'Green Drive' will be treated to a 'Special Course Dinner' with a special menu to celebrate the launch of the Cadillac Lyric, as well as a courtesy ride from Paradise Hotel Busan to restaurant Piotto, where they will experience the Lyric's luxurious ride from the back seat.
Participants in the "Green Drive" event will be selected by lottery from the general public who post their "green lifestyle" on Cadillac's official Instagram page by the 16th, while those who wish to participate in the "Ocean Drive" programme can apply by visiting a separate Cadillac event page by the 22nd.
