Hansung Motor invites customers to high-end dress watch class Salon de Maibach

Hansung Motor, an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer, held the second class of the 'Salon de Maibach', a class exclusively for Hansung Motor customers, at its Cheongdam showroom on the 18th, which was a great success.

Salon de Maybach is a lecture programme tailored to Mercedes-Maybach customers, offering a special class of lifestyle and cultural content that is specific to the values of the Maybach brand. The Cheongdam showroom was reopened by Hansung Motors in April as the first Mercedes-Maybach showroom in Korea to feature the Exclusive Lounge Plus interior concept. It also operates the Mercedes-Benz Exclusive Lounge Plus, a space specialised for the S-Class.

The class was led by watch columnist Changkyu Kim, who explored the world of high-end dress watches, covering everything from the A to Z of dress watches, including their history, trends and styling tips. Kim started his career as a watch editor at the fashion magazine Arena before becoming the director of the watch magazine Chronos, and currently writes a watch column for GQ.

Prior to the start of the Dress Watch Class, guests attending the Salon de Maybach were treated to a showroom tour of the Mercedes-Benz top-of-the-range range of models, including the Maybach and S-Class, available at the Cheongdam showroom, as well as a high-level catering experience by a chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

한편, 지난 5월 청담 전시장 ‘익스클루시브 라운지 플러스’ 리뉴얼 오픈과 동시에 진행된 살롱 드 마이바흐 첫 번째 클래스는 200만 유튜브 채널 ‘14F 주락이월드’의 기획 및 연출자인 MBC 조승원 기자가 ‘위스키 강연 및 테이스팅 세션’을 진행하며 참여자들로부터 큰 호응을 얻은 바 있다.
