Volvo Cars Korea opens new showroom and service centre in Gunsan, South Korea

Volvo Cars Korea has opened a new Volvo Gunsan showroom and service centre to provide premium Swedish service in the Jeollabuk-do region.

The Volvo Gunsan Showroom and Service Centre, operated by Volvo Cars Korea's authorised dealer, Ivy Motors, is a two-storey showroom with a total floor space of 922.21 sqm (approx. 279 pyeong) and is powered by green energy using a solar canopy, in line with Volvo Cars' sustainability philosophy.

The new Volvo Gunsan showroom and service centre is located in the heart of Gunsan city centre, offering easy access to customers and a state-of-the-art Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) concept, where they can experience Volvo's premium service. The service centre will be able to service up to 300 cars per month and will also offer personalised service through Volvo Personal Service (VPS). In addition, the car park is equipped with fast and slow chargers for electric vehicle customers.

Volvo Cars Korea is celebrating the opening of its new Gunsan showroom and service centre with a series of events. From 17 June to 31 July, all customers who visit the showroom will receive a Volvo Sunroggi key ring, a speciality Gusto coffee set for test drives, and a Volvo folding box for customers who sign a contract.

In addition, the first 50 customers who visit the Gunsan showroom from 17 June to 20 December for consultation and test drives will be entered into a draw to win a Limo and Carrier, Roborock robot vacuum cleaner, Elgie Standby GO and Pick By Volvo products. The service centre will also offer 17 free check-ups with Volvo diffusers to all customers who bring their cars in from 17 June (while stocks last).

"We are opening a new showroom and service centre in Gunsan to bring our unique brand experience and premium Swedish service to more customers," said Yoon Mo Lee, CEO of Volvo Cars Korea. "We will continue to invest in expanding our network so that our customers can experience Swedish luxury anytime, anywhere."
