Kia is launching its Certified Pre-Owned Appointment service on Thursday (29th), where customers can view used cars in person and have a one-on-one buying consultation with an expert.
The Kia Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Acceptance Centre is available to anyone who wishes to purchase a Kia Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Customers can search for their desired vehicle through the Kia Certified Pre-Owned website (cpo.kia.com) and book a visit by calling ARS (080-200-2000). You will be able to inspect the interior and exterior of the pre-selected vehicle on-site, as well as receive a detailed description of the car. The service is available every Wednesday and Thursday, with 10 bookings per day. Kia launched the service in response to customer feedback that they wanted to see the real thing in person, so the company conducted a one-month pilot from last month to the beginning of this month.
As a result, more than 8 out of 10 customers who used the service completed the contract, confirming that the offline appointment service has a positive impact on purchases. Going forward, Kia plans to strengthen its offline services alongside its online services by offering various in-person customer benefits along with high-quality customer service and increasing the number of offline service bases.In addition, Kia regularly hosts certified used car live commerce on its official YouTube channel TV (www.youtube.com/@KiaKorea) once a month.
This month, a special exhibition on the K-Series will be held on Wednesday, the 28th at 9pm. The event will display actual K5, K8, and K9 models registered on the Kia Certified Pre-Owned website and provide vivid information such as disclosing the interior and exterior conditions of the cars.The event will be hosted by comedian Lee Soo-ji and Kia Certified Pre-Owned staff. Customers who confirm the purchase after signing a contract on the day will receive a mobile petrol voucher worth 200,000 won, and those who answer the live quiz will be selected by lottery to receive a 50,000 won Starbucks voucher, 50,000 won mobile petrol voucher, and other benefits.Kia plans to expand sales of certified pre-owned vehicles by strengthening its products and services based on customer-centric management this year. "We will not only secure better, more diverse and more reasonable certified pre-owned vehicles, but also continue to develop related services," said a Kia official. "We will also strengthen the used vehicle customer management system and come up with innovative customer experience measures for each online and offline channel to increase customer value."
